The venue is situated at the intersection of the mid-section of Qinba Avenue and Wenhua Road, Bazhong Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province, adjacent to Bazhong East Railway Station, Jiuzhai Mountain Park and the Wetland Park.
The project covers a land area of 113,524 m², with a total construction area of approximately 62,158 m²; the stadium building area is 54,390 m².
