As the vanguard of the company’s digital transformation, the Big-Data Consulting Division focuses on the digital upgrading of architecture and urban systems. By deeply integrating BIM and digital twin technologies, it delivers intelligent services spanning from design optimization to full-lifecycle asset management. Guided by the principle of “empowering the physical with data,” the division converges building information modeling, IoT, and AI to help governments, real-estate developers, and engineering organizations achieve visual design, collaborative decision-making, and smart O&M, establishing a clear technological edge in green buildings, smart parks, and beyond.

Founded in 2023, the Smart Construction Division is the core engine of the company’s “Construction 4.0” strategy. Committed to re-engineering traditional building practices through digital-intelligent and robotics technologies, the division pursues the goal of “replacing labor with machines and boosting efficiency with intelligence.” By integrating IoT, edge computing and automation-control technologies, it delivers smart-site management, robotic construction and process-optimization services for infrastructure and building projects, setting industry benchmarks in complex-job operations and high-risk-scene substitution.
